New George command : tv_texttool2 to fit to opacity and power
tv_texttool2 takes the same parameters as tv_texttool but here is the difference :
In tv_texttool the Opacity parameter modifies the power value ( for compatibility )
In tv_texttool2 the Opacity parameter modifies the opacity value.
tv_texttool has a new parameter opacity2 which modifies the opacity.
