tv_GetPath name
Returns the directory needed. If name equal HOST, it will returns the TVPaint path, if name equal TEMP, it will returns the TVPaint temporary directory, if name equal PLUGIN, it will returns the TVPaint plugins directory and if name equal George, it will returns the TVPaint scripting directory.
