  tv_ReqString [MULTILINE](optional)  "My title|default value"

Opens a window with a text entry field and two buttons, OK and Cancel. The title argument is the title of the window. This command returns the contents of the text field if the user clicks on OK, or "Cancel" if he clicks on Cancel.
